ROLES ANNOUNCED:

1) A Sales Growth Management "SaaS" company is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join its company ready for product launch. The ideal candidate will have skills/experience in global markets, rapid market penetration, reaching C-Class executives and brand development. The role can be remote, but the company has offices in Victoria Square, Birmingham, and other centres in Daventry and Manchester.

2) A sales oriented Managing Director is sought to join an innovative company in the sustainable buildings sector which has just spun out of its parent. A totally new form of energy efficient ventilation product has been developed and the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales through both Social housing and Green Deal channels. An exciting range of complementary follow on products is under development and the opportunity to shape the strategy and roll-out of the full range will be given to the right candidate. Experience of plastic and metal manufactured parts is advantageous. Salary, bonus and equity are on offer to align incentives.

3) A new Spin-out company from Staffordshire University is seeking a Managing Director to join its company ready for product launch. The ideal candidate will have commercial skills, experience in global security and business intelligence markets, rapid market penetration and reaching C-Class executives to drive the direction of the company. The role will be part-time and can be remote, but the company office is in Stafford.

4) West Midlands hi tech Spin-out seeks a Business Developer with strong technical and product and marketing skills, ideally from the non destructive testing (NDT) industry.

5) Needed: A Sponsorship/Business Development Manager, ideally with strong connections with celebrities, sports bodies and media. The ideal candidate will be naturally risk averse, a business creator, able to secure sponsorship deals, have strong commercial background, creative flair and social media expertise. The role requires creation of new revenue streams, new packages, working with celebrities to identify incremental revenue streams and sponsors and closing out current discussions. Track record in up-selling to creation of strategic partnership deals is desirable. Uncapped commission paid on cash received and customer satisfaction, plus share options.
